Our quality driven PCB assembly process ensures that your finished project is of the highest quality. In Full Turn-Key PCB, we handle everything including making circuit boards, ordering components, online order tracking, quality inspection, and final assembly. In partial Turn-Key, you can order the PCBs and partial components, and we will fix the remaining parts for you.

Functional Testing
ChinaPCBOne offers Functional Testing(FCT) with its turn-key assembly services. Functional testing usually is performed after the circuit boards are assembled and AOI & visual inspections are finished.

At the beginning of the warehousing process, our manufacturing system tests material parameters and confirms warehousing is allowed. In the production process, the system issues materials according to your BOM. The system monitors each material’s location in the production process. This ensures customers get the information they need for their project.

The automatic control function main board collects data and calculates ARM unit data. The information is used to control external function through switches, relays, and motors.
IoT and Smart Home
SmartHome uses Bluetooth or Zigbee wireless communication to monitor each point within the network. The communication controls audio-visual, switch lock to control home or room appliances.

The system function motherboards have a functioning board, a power board, and an interface board that drive the display and control of the operational device. It also records and provides monitored data.
